Join Our Team – Social Media, Marketing, and Administrative Coordinator
We seek a detail-oriented, driven, and well-organized individual to join our team. This multifaceted role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports our marketing efforts, and strengthens our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage accurate and timely client quotations.
Keep our CRM system up-to-date and well-organized.
Provide comprehensive project and operational support.
Manage calendars and schedules, and coordinate meetings.
Assist with social media management, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
Support the implementation of marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence.
Contribute to graphic design tasks, including creating presentations or marketing materials (beneficial but not required).
Access to a car is a bonus, as you may occasionally need to drop off samples to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
